Urinary Abduction

Urinary incontinence in women often occurs for two reasons. The first of these is the urge to escape without the need for urine to grow and the uncontrolled contractions of the bladder. Botox injections, which we have performed in our clinics in cases of nonresponsiveness to medications, are very successful.
The second type of abduction is due to the weakening of the bladder support (occurring due to multiple births, severe and prolonged births, obesity, etc.) resulting from coughing, sneezing or heavy lifting. Successful outcomes can be obtained by teaching patients with this type of behavioral abstinence treatment and drug treatment. In patients who can not receive an answer, we routinely apply our support to our urinary tract in our clinic by placing a supportive band on the TOT operation. The patients return to their homes the day after this surgery and successful results are obtained in the long term.
Other than these, urinary incontinence in the form of severe and continuous dripping due to the connection between the urinary incontinence and the vagina, or urinary incontinence due to the bladder nerves affecting the urinary bladder can be seen.
